Occupational Certificate : Project Management, NQF Level 5
The programme is designed to prepare learners to operate as Project Managers. The learners will be able to apply skills and knowledge of project management to achieve project objectives in a specific field of application.
The skills and knowledge acquired by the learners will enable them to work as Project Managers in a variety of fields, from Information and Communication Technology, Human Resources, Advertising, Marketing, Construction and more. The learners will acquire these skills and knowledge through knowledge, practical and workplace modules
Occupational Certificate : Software Development, NQF Level 5
The purpose of this qualification is to prepare a learner to operate as a Software Developer. A Software Developer analyses a set of requirements, translates these into a working software solution using a programming language.
They test, implement and maintain software applications to meet client specifications as well as functional and technical requirements. Learners completing this qualification will gain skills in designing software to meet specific client needs, database design and manipulation, software development for organizational value addition, and thorough testing of source code for meeting client specifications.
Occupational Certificate : Cloud Administrator NQF Level 4
Cloud Administrator speaks to the increasingly technology-driven economy. Cloud Computing is one of the Fourth Industrial Revolution drivers of change in the economy and is also aligned to the development of human capital as described in the future of work by the Presidential Commission on the 4th Industrial Revolution (PC4IR). Furthermore, the qualification stems from the MICT SETA Sector Skills Plan (18/19) which identifies change drivers as: Digitisation and convergence, analytics and big data, Information security, cloud computing and Internet of Things..
This qualification will prepare learners to conduct administration, maintenance and monitoring of servers; configure, deploy, manage, maintain and troubleshoot cloud ecosystems, and networks services for optimal performance. With this qualification the ICT sector will be strengthened and prepared for future developments and growth in cloud computing.
Occupational Certificate : Contact Centre Manager NQF Level 5
The programme is designed to prepare learners to operate as Contact Centre Manager. A Contact Centre Manager manages and optimises quality contact centre operations and practices The skills and knowledge acquired by the learners will enable them to work as Contact Centre Managers in a variety of fields, from Information and Communication Technology, Human Resources, Advertising, Marketing, Construction and more. The learners will acquire these skills and knowledge through knowledge, practical and workplace modules.
Occupational Certificate : Marketing Coordinator NQF Level 5
The purpose of this qualification is to prepare a learner to function as a Marketing Coordinator.
A Marketing Coordinator provides a support role to marketing team members and managers by undertaking administrative tasks and coordinating key deliverables to ensure that a company meets its strategic marketing objectives.

This occupational qualification provides an opportunity for the learner to acquire a range of administrative skills to coordinate the activities of an office including information management and operational processes.
Occupational Certificate : Human Resource Management NQF Level 5
A Human Resource Management (HRM) Administrator contributes to organisational success by supporting the effective and efficient operation of the Human Resource Function within an organisation by providing ethical and professional HRM administrative services. This includes collating and processing data for Workforce Planning, Staff Attraction and Procurement, Employee Maintenance and Development and Employment Relations Management. The HRM administrator also coordinates and provides dedicated communication and coordination services.
